RELIABLE WATER SUPPLY
There are a number of inter-connected dams to store water during winter to supply the vineyard. Water to the dams is collected from a winter creek and paddock run-off. Vineyard irrigation is powered by both electric and diesel pumps. Both systems are capable of irrigating all blocks.
