PRODUCTION
Even when contracted for up to 150 tonne of fruit with Goundrey Wines, total yield was controlled below that level in an endeavour to maximise the fruit quality potential. This practice of endeavouring to produce high quality fruit as opposed to high yields continues.
Tammar Gully Vineyard Yields are:
Chardonnay - between 30 and 35 tonne,
Shiraz - between 40 and 45 tonne,
Cabernet Sauvignon - between 50 and 55 tonne.
Sauvignon Blanc yield is anticipated to be approximately 20 to 25 tonne when in full production.
